Submitting a resume and applying for a position

Please use the following process to submit your resume.

  1. Browse jobs by category or jobs by location
  2. Find a job that fits your interest and experience
  3. Set up your login and profile
  4. Submit your application

Please note that we cannot accept email, fax or paper copies of your resume or CV as an application.

If you want to apply for more than one open position, please notify our recruitment team when they contact you that you have submitted more than one application.

You can apply for a job that is available in another country. Please note that prior to employment, you will be required to have legal work authorization and follow the local visa requirements.

In certain circumstances and for specific roles, PayPal may, at their discretion and working within local immigration requirements, sponsor individuals to work in different countries.

Checking status of application

When you apply for a job, you can click on “track your application” after submitting and creating an account. You can also create an account and view your previous applications. Simply sign up and follow the provided steps.

If your account was created prior to July 13, 2023, you will need to go to our Login page and select Create Account.

Due to the high volume of resumes we receive we cannot contact each person who submits their resume for consideration. If you aren’t a match for a current opening, your resume will remain in our database for review against future opportunities.

Managing your profile and keeping it up-to-date

Log in to apply for a new position. You will be prompted to use your previous application, or you can upload a new resume or CV.

If you can’t access your information, use the Forgot Password option on the Login page to reset your profile.

If your account was created prior to July 13, 2023, you will need to go to our Login page and select Create Account.
