Every intern makes a meaningful impact, reminding us of the value of growth, adaptability, and embracing change. Remember, the journey matters as much as the destination.

Career Academy

The PayPal Career Academy is a virtual program focused on early career development for First Generation students, offering skill-building and soft skills to launch careers in tech. Active in the U.S. and India, the program accepts applications through November and runs from March to August. Required Qualifications:

  • First Generation college students in their Sophomore year on track to complete a bachelor's degree in the tech or non-tech space.
  • Must be able to commit one to two hours per month for the length of the six-month program.
  • Must be passionate about continuous learning and excited to take your student life to the next level.
  • Must have received a high school diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years or older to apply.

Applications open from November 4th – 29th
