North America interships

The US and Canada Summer Internship experience runs from May-September each year, typically lasting 12 weeks depending on start and end date. Our program is designed to expose you to the fintech industry and our PayPal culture. You’ll have the opportunity to work on projects that make a real impact, hear from our leaders, learn from our product and technology teams, give back to the community, and build your network with peers and employees from around the globe.

Latin America internships

The Mexico Internship experience is typically about 6 months in duration and our Brazil Internship experience is about 1 year in duration. Our internship program provides opportunities for professional and personal development through a robust curriculum. Interns will work on real, meaningful projects that directly support PayPal’s business and customers, meet with peers and leaders, and build a strong network and community. PayPal offers our North America Recent Graduates a 2-year program focused on providing professional development and collaboration opportunities to deliver the skills necessary for future career success. In the first year, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your PayPal knowledge, work on your career goals, and build and strengthen your network. During the second year, you’ll focus on giving back to the community, mentoring our interns, and supporting the recent graduate program.
