    Will I be required to work from a PayPal office or work from home?

    At PayPal, we believe in life-work integration and therefore support our interns through our Virtual Flex model, which means that all interns have the flexibility to work between their home and in an office with the support of their manager.

    Will I be provided with the IT equipment & technology support needed to fulfil my role?

    Interns receive a standard technology bundle which will include all equipment needed to perform their best work. This includes a company laptop and other assets/working equipment.

    What should I expect in term of training & development opportunities?

    PayPal’s Global Internship Program integrates interns into PayPal’s culture by introducing our core values of inclusion, wellness, innovation, and collaboration from day one and throughout the intern experience. Our interns are encouraged to grow through targeted learning and career pathing sessions, 1:1 mentorship, meaningful project work, and intern networking events. Some of the events our interns can look forward to include the Executive Speaker Series with PayPal’s CEO and other members of CEO Staff, Impact Day where interns worldwide give back to their local communities, enterprise hackathons, and our PayPal Intern Day celebration!

    How many hours a week will I be required to work?

    Interns in North America, India, China and Singapore are traditionally required to work 40 hours a week, unless otherwise stated. Working hours requirements in Europe vary by country. For country-specific information, please contact the EMEA team for guidance.
