Inside Sales Representative

This week’s Employee Spotlight highlights Dr. Pamina Bohn, Inside Sales Representative for the PayPal Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Sales team, based in Ireland.

For over nine years, Dr. Pamina worked for German automobile giant Audi in the procurement department while obtaining her Ph.D. in Natural Sciences. At the beginning of the pandemic in 2020, Pamina and her family were given a life-changing opportunity to move to Ireland. While the family settled into their new home, Pamina decided it was time for a change and started her role in Sales at PayPal in July 2022.

“My mantra is to never stand still and continually develop and grow,” Pamina says. “In sales, we have highly efficient, very strategic teammates. Even though I have a great skill set already, I can learn more from my team.”

Pamina shares that “Collaboration” is her favorite Leadership Principle. “I am very impressed with how the Sales department is actively working together across functions and geographies. I have always worked in a cross-functional position but have never experienced such an amazing collaboration, where our regional and self-interests are put aside for the greater good. I have collaborated on projects with colleagues from U.K., France, and Italy.”
