    Commission structure

    PayPal offers a strong pay for performance Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which includes some or all of the following attributes:

    • Motivational and pays for performance
    • Accelerations for performance above 100% of target
    • Uncapped incentive pay for sales incentive plans with annual performance periods (plans with a shorter duration performance periods are capped at 800%)
    • Advances and/or ramp ups during initial onboarding
    • Robust Sales Enablement team support to help new sellers get up to speed on our PayPal value proposition and payments solutions to accelerate your deal velocity
    • Strong principles aligned to PayPal values and consistent with global sales goals
